Cancellation and Returns
You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it if it has not yet been shipped by contacting our customer service team. Orders that have already been shipped, as well as custom or personalized items, cannot be cancelled. Subscription services can be cancelled anytime, but refunds only apply to unused periods. Digital product orders cannot be cancelled once the download has begun. If we cancel an order due to unavailability or other issues, a full refund will be issued.
Refund Policy
Refunds can be requested within 30 days of purchase for unused items in their original condition. Contact customer service with your order number to initiate a refund, which will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and some items may not be eligible, including custom or personalized products. Refunds for digital products are considered on a case-by-case basis.
